Ethical approach
We believe that
We are an ethical development organization, which means that we work based on ethical principles regarding the approach to children based on children's rights, such as from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Concretely, this means, among other things, that:
- We work from our children's point of view in everything we do
- We work with a special focus on children's safety, security and well-being
- All employees have a clean child certificate, which is continuously updated
- All employees participate in an annual certification in data protection (GDPR)
- We have an internal ethics committee that continuously focuses on themes and dilemmas
- We have an external advisory board that advises us on an ongoing basis
